From Virginia:

Go west on Rt. 7 from Leesburg. After the turn off to Claymont Court at Rt. 340, continue about 7 miles further west on Rt. 7 to I-81. Turn north on I-81 and go north for 23 miles to exit 16W, Rt. 9 West to Berkeley Springs. Go about 16 miles west towards Berkeley Springs on Rt. 9. You will be turning left onto a little gravel road (Rabbit Trail) about 5 miles before Berkeley Springs.

Rabbit Trail is the first left after you pass Longview Dr. on the right - you will be on a ridgetop. If you miss it, the next road on the left is Camp Harmison Dr. (turn around) where you will be going into an s-curve with a cemetery, Camp Harmison Lane, and the Stohrs Crossroads Community Center.

Rabbit Trail is a short gravel access road that quickly crests the hilltop - continue straight across the intersecting gravel road and drop steeply down the gravel road on the far side of the hill (between two houses. Follow the gravel road downhill into the woods. It will bend to the right and go back uphill to the Lodge in the woods.

From Maryland:

Take I-270 north to I-70 and exit at Hancock, MD onto south US 522. Take 522 south across the Potomac. In about 5 miles you will reach Berkeley Springs. Turn left (east) on Rt. 9 and go about 5 miles. You will be turning right onto a little gravel road (Rabbit Trail).
Watch for an s-curve near the bottom of a hill with a cemetery, Camp Harmison Lane, and the Stohrs Crossroads Community Center. After you pass

Camp Harmison Dr. on the right, you will climb to the top of a hill where Rabbit Trail is a short gravel road on the right.
Rabbit Trail quickly tops the rise - go straight across the intersecting gravel road and drop steeply down the far side of the hill between two houses. Follow the dirt road downhill into the woods. It will bend to the right and go back uphill to Jon's house in the woods.
